Crystalariurm™ aims to provide a clear and fair return review process. Eligible return requests may be submitted within 14 days after confirmed delivery.
Return Eligibility
To be considered for return review, an item should generally:
- Be unused and unworn
- Remain in original condition
- Be free from scratches, stains, odors, alteration, or damage caused after delivery
- Include original packaging, tags, pouches, cards, or accessories when applicable
- Match the item identified in the return request
- Be supported by order details sufficient for verification
For hygiene and quality reasons, jewelry that has been worn, modified, damaged after receipt, or returned without essential packaging may not qualify for approval.
How to Submit a Return Request
Please email service@crystalariurm.com and include:
- Order reference
- Product name
- Reason for the request
- Clear photos if the issue involves damage, incorrect contents, missing parts, or visible defects
Our support team will review the details and provide the available next steps if the request appears eligible.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a visible issue, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery. Photos of the item, packaging, and affected area may be requested for review.
Return Inspection
Returned items may be inspected after arrival. Approval depends on whether the item matches the approved request and meets the condition standards in this policy.
Return Shipping
Return shipping responsibility may vary depending on the reason for the request. If an item is confirmed to have arrived damaged, incorrect, or defective, the case will be reviewed accordingly. For other eligible return requests, return shipping may remain the customer’s responsibility unless support provides different instructions.
